Halloween

Just a reminder about a few Halloween activities that interested me. I know there is plenty more activities planned for the weekend, but I only listed a few. You can find out about more events by visiting the Alamogordo News Website.



Zoo Boo - Alameda Zoo is hosting it's annual Zoo Boo Saturday Oct, 31st from 9am to noon. Admission to the zoo will be free. There will be a costume contest, and fun activities for the whole family. For more information, call 439-4142.

Holloman Trick or Treating - Holloman Trick or Treat Hours will be from 5pm to 7pm on Saturday Oct 31st. Military housing residents are encourage to remain vigilant in their respective neighborhoods and to report suspicious activity to the Security Forces Control Center at 572-7171.

Community Fall Festival - A community fall festival is being held on Saturday Oct, 31st from 6pm to 8pm at the soccer fields across from the high school. This event is sponsored by local churches. There will be hot dogs, drinks, cotton candy, games, and more for children and adults. This event is free and open to the public.

Reminder - Pumpkin Festival

The fall weather has arrived here in New Mexico, and the fall events have already started popping up left & right! This time of year, is a great time to get out and enjoy some quality family time. Children love it, and thrive on this family time.


Just a Reminder:

Las Cruces is holding their 10th annual Pumpkin Festival at Mesilla Valley Maze. Admission is $9 for adults and $7 for children. All events take place at the Lyles Family Farms. The Pumpkin Festival is on Saturday (10th) & Sunday (11th) from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.
